Advantages of FRP Pipe
1.Corrosion Resistance: Various types of corrosion-resistant lining resins are selected to accommodate different acids, alkalis, salts, oils, seawater, and organic solvents.
2.Lightweight, Easy Maintenance, and Durable: The pipes are lightweight, require minimal maintenance, and offer long-term durability.
3.Easy Installation: FRP pipes can be manufactured in any length, but for transportation convenience, they are typically limited to 12 meters, significantly reducing the number of joints required. Due to their lightweight nature, manual or light installation equipment can be used, making the installation process quick and efficient.
4.Strong Adaptability: Standard FRP pipe sizes range from 25mm to 4000mm in diameter. The long-term pressure resistance is generally within 1.6Mpa, but higher pressures exceeding 6.4Mpa can be achieved for special customer requirements.
5.High Flow Capacity: The smooth inner surface (N≤0.0084) provides higher flow capacity compared to traditional materials of the same diameter, reducing pump energy consumption and extending project lifespan.
6.Low Infiltration-Exfiltration Rate: Thanks to excellent sealing connections and longer pipe lengths, FRP pipes exhibit significantly lower infiltration-exfiltration rates than traditional materials. This minimizes groundwater infiltration into the pipes and reduces the risk of medium leakage contaminating soil and groundwater.
7.Strict Quality Standards: The company employs advanced testing equipment and strictly adheres to quality standards to ensure product quality. Compliance with standards includes ASTM, AWWA, ASME, and others.
8.Low Life-Cycle Cost: FRP products offer extended service life with minimal maintenance requirements, low installation and transportation costs, resulting in superior overall economic benefits and lower life-cycle costs compared to traditional materials.
