From May 7th to 9th, 2019, the second working meeting of the Non-Metallic Pipeline Group of the "Technical Regulations for Industrial Pipeline Safety Supervision" was successfully held in Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The meeting was hosted by the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute and undertaken by Jizhou Zhongyi Composite Materials Co., Ltd. Qin Xianyong, Deputy Director of the Special Equipment Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and Ni Lanxiang, Deputy Director of the Hengshui Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, attended the meeting. Zhang Yingwu, Chairman of Jizhou Zhongyi Composite Materials Co., Ltd., the meeting's undertaking unit, delivered a welcome speech. Huang Zhenglin, Secretary-General of the Pipeline Branch of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Committee, presided over the meeting. Zhang Yanming, Chief Engineer of the China Industrial Corrosion Protection Technology Association, and Li Guoshu, Chief Engineer of Jizhou Zhongyi Composite Materials Co., Ltd., introduced the compilation of non-metallic pipelines. Experts from major chemical engineering design institutes put forward many reasonable suggestions on the draft regulations. The meeting was lively and everyone worked together to point out the direction for further improvement of the regulations.
